Manage approvals with Slack using IFlowly.
Slack is used as a collaboration tool for teams, there are many slack plugins that you might consider having to boost productivity for your team.
In this article, we will see how IFlowly can help you directly manage your action triggers for any requests that you have on your slack workspace. Without needing to juggle between software tools in order to manage incoming requests that require approvals.
We will also have 2 different channels for each action to take as we need.
NOTE: Slack triggers are only hooked from a group where an explicit user action is needed.
Let's get started. We'll be using our Acai bowl flow to be approve the request from Slack, if you haven't connected a form with IFlowly, check an example (Connect Google Forms with IFlowly).
We have 2 channels we'd like to route the triggers to.
- #reviewers-iflowly
- #executives-iflowly
Whenever the group is needed for an action, a message will be sent to the corresponding channel to perform an action.
To associate a slack channel. Let's connect IFlowly with Slack

Do the same steps for adding the other channel #executives-iflowly. After you add the other channel. You're done. Now submit a new google form request and let the magic happen, see the message come interactively to your slack channel.

Once approved, you shall see that on IFlowly's activity log

Start managing all requests on Slack as they come in and connect them with ANY service provider with IFlowly to route any information you need to take action on directly on Slack.
